By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App offers tarot card readings and optional AI-generated interpretations. Content is for entertainment and informational purposes only and not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with parental/guardian consent.

When you request an AI interpretation, the text you provide (your prompt/question and spread configuration) may be sent to an AI processing provider (OpenAI/Anthropic/DeepSeek or a self-hosted model). We try to minimize data and avoid direct identifiers.
AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You agree not to rely on it as professional advice.
The App may include Coins, a virtual currency used to unlock readings or features.
Premium benefits. Typical benefits include no ads, bonus Coins, access to all spreads, and higher AI usage limits.
To protect service quality and control infrastructure/AI costs, we may apply fair-use limits (e.g., daily/monthly caps, cooldowns, anti-abuse measures). Limits may vary by plan and region and may change over time. Contact support if you’re incorrectly throttled.
The free tier may show ads. If you allow tracking via Apple’s ATT, partners may personalize ads. If you deny tracking, ads are contextual. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
We (and our licensors) own all rights to the App, including text, graphics, software, and AI models/prompts. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control per Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA).
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT (INCLUDING AI OUTPUT) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms supplement Apple’s LAEULA. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the App and has no liability for claims related to the App.
