The App may be used without creating a traditional username/password account.
However, to provide core features such as sync, saved history, purchases, wallet functionality, Apple Watch sync, analytics, and service protection, we may create or maintain a guest profile, backend identifier, or app-linked service record associated with your installation.
The App may offer digital features, consumables, coins, or subscription access through Apple's in-app purchase system.
All such purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and billing rules.
If the App includes Coins or similar virtual credits:
We may change the availability, pricing, or use of Coins at any time, subject to applicable law.
If the App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
You should contact Apple for refund requests unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Where applicable, purchased entitlements may be restored using the restore purchases functionality provided in the App.
The free version of the App may display advertisements.
If you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, advertising partners may use permitted identifiers or signals for ad personalization and measurement.
If you deny tracking permission, the App may show non-personalized or contextual ads where supported.
The App may rely on third-party services, including:

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party services except as required by law.
The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, layout, original compilations, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law.
Historical/public-domain visual materials used in the App remain subject to the rights applicable to those materials, if any, and our presentation, compilation, and software implementation remain protected.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features, pricing, content, purchase options, or availability.
